Registration will start on Wednesday afternoon. The Registration Area in
ExCeL London will be open during the following hours:

EHA Booth

The EHA Booth is located on the Boulevard. Please come and visit us to collect your EHA-CME Credit Points, get information on membership and to find out more what EHA can do for you!

Badges

All participants and accompanying persons will receive a personal badge upon registration. You are kindly requested to wear your name badge when attending any scientific session or social gathering. Only participants who are wearing their name badge will be admitted to the meeting rooms. You should also wear your badge in the exhibition area and when attending satellite symposia.

Please note: accompanying persons and exhibitors will not be admitted to the scientific sessions. Accompanying persons do not have access to the exhibition area.

Name badges have been color-coded as follows:

RED EHA members
ORANGE EHA junior members
GREEN delegates
YELLOW accompanying persons
BLUE exhibitors
PURPLE press

The charge for replacement of lost badges will be € 25.

Press Center

The Press Center is located in the Registration Area. Press inquiries prior to and after the annual congress should be directed to EHA Executive Office +31 (0)70 3020 099.
The Press Center will be open on the following hours:

Friday, June 10	07:00 – 18:00

Certificates of Attendance

Certificates of attendance will be available in the Registration Area as of Friday, June 10 (from 12:00) until Sunday, June 12 (until 15:00).

Message Desk

At the message desk participants can leave or collect messages. Message alerts will be visible on the screens throughout the congress center.

The message desk is located in the Registration Area (see floor plan) and is open during registration hours.

Internet

Thanks to the support of Bristol-Myers Squibb WiFi hotspots are available in the Exhibition Area. The username is ‘EHA’ and password ‘BMS’. Also different internet corners can be found in the Exhibition Area and Hall S1. (see floor plan).

Cloakroom and Luggage

In the cloakroom you can leave your belongings free of charge. The cloakroom is located on the Boulevard, level 0 (see floor plan) and will be open on the following hours:

Lost and Found

Items that are found by ExCeL and EHA staff will be brought to the venue Security Suite, at the West entrance (next to Costa Coffee, basement level). Should you have lost any of your personal belongings, we kindly ask you to visit this room to report or for pick up.

Insurance

In registering for the 16th Congress of EHA, participants agree that neither the organizing committee nor the congress organizers assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

Praying Room

A praying room is located in Hall Office S3 Upper (see floor plan).

Lunch

Lunch is included in the registration fee. Lunch tickets are provided in the registration package of participants. These tickets are valid on Friday, June 10 and Saturday, June 11. On Friday and Saturday lunch boxes can be picked up in the Catering Area (behind exhibition).

On Sunday a Farewell Lunch will be organized around the EHA booth.

Refreshments

Coffee and tea are not included in the registration fee. It can be purchased at various catering points throughout the congress center.
