Opening Hours
Please find below all opening hours of the different areas and information desks.

Registration hours
Registration will start on Wednesday afternoon. The registration area in the Fira Barcelona, Gran Via Conference Center will be open during the following hours:

EHA Booth
The EHA Booth is located in the registration area. Please come and visit us to collect your EHA-CME Credit Points, get information on membership and to find out more what EHA can do for you!
Badges
All participants and accompanying persons will receive a personal badge upon registration. You are kindly requested to wear your name badge when attending any scientific session or social gathering. Only participants who are wearing their name badge will be admitted to the meeting rooms. You should also wear your badge in the exhibition area and when attending satellite symposia.
Please note: accompanying persons and exhibitors will not be admitted to the scientific sessions. Accompanying persons do not have access to the exhibition area.

The charge for replacement of lost badges will be € 25.
Press Room
The press room is located in the press area outside Hall 8.1 (on the first level, the same level as the exhibition). Press inquiries prior to and after the annual congress should be directed to EHA Executive Office +31 (0)70 3020 099.

Certificates of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be available in the registration area as of Friday, June 11 (from 12:00) until Sunday, June 13 (until 15:00).
Message Desk
At the message desk participants can leave or collect messages. Message alerts will be visible on the screens throughout the congress center. The message desk is located in the registration area and is open during registration hours (see floor plan, back cover).
Internet
Thanks to the support of Bristol-Myers Squibb WiFi hotspots are available in the catering and exhibition area in Hall 8.1. The username is ‘EHA’ and password ‘BMS’. Different internet corners can be found in the exhibition area (Hall 8.1) and in the poster area (hall 6) (see floor plan, back cover).
Cloakroom and Luggage
In the cloakroom you can leave your belongings free of charge. The cloakroom is located in the registration area (see floor plan, back cover).

Insurance
In registering for the 15th Congress of EHA, participants agree that neither the organizing committee nor the congress organizers assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
Praying Room
A praying room is located in room 4.4B.
Lunch
Lunch is included in the registration fee. Lunch tickets are provided in the registration package of participants. These tickets are valid on Friday, June 11, Saturday, June 12 and Sunday, June 13. On Friday and Saturday lunch boxes can be picked up in the catering area in Hall 8.1 (behind the exhibition). On Sunday a Farewell Lunch will be organized around the EHA booth in the registration area.
Refreshments
Coffee and tea are not included in the registration fee. It can be purchased at various catering points throughout the congress center.
