Public Transport
This year your congress badge is valid for all public transport in Berlin. Your badge will be valid for the duration of the congress and allows you to use all public transport (bus, underground, tram, train and ferry) within Berlin and to Tegel and Schönefeld Airport. For more information about the public transportation in Berlin, please be referred to the public transport map which is included in your registration package
EHA Shuttle Service
In addition to the free public transport that is included in the registration fee, EHA has a shuttle bus service. From the EHA HQ Hotel Kempinski Bristol located on the corner of the Kurfürstendamm with the Fasanenstraße, buses will bring you to the ICC and back. This service is provided from Thursday, June 4 until Sunday, June 7. Buses will run every morning before the congress program starts and again in the afternoon when the program ends.

Transportation in Berlin
From Tegel Airport to Berlin City Center
Tegel Airport is located in the northwest of Berlin, approximately 10 km from the city center.
Public Transport
X9 Bus to “Zoologischer Garten” (City West), travel time approximately 20 minutes
TXL Bus to “Unter den Linden” and “Alexanderplatz” (City East), travel time approximately 35 minutes

Taxi
Taxis are available in front of the Tegel airport arrival building. A taxi from the airport to the city center WEST costs approximately € 17 per one way trip. A taxi from the airport to the city center EAST costs approximately € 22 per one way trip.
From Schönefeld Airport to Berlin City Center
Schönefeld is situated in the southeast of Berlin, approximately 20 km from the city center. This airport is connected with the city center by the S-Bahn (commuter train) lines S49 and S9 as well as with the AirportExpress train. They run from/to “Zoologischer Garten”, “Friedrichstr.”, “Alexanderplatz” and “Ostbahnhof” every half an hour. All trains and the S-Bahn stop at the station “Flughafen Berlin - Schönefeld Bhf”, which is a 5 minute walk from the terminal.

Public Transport
The most convenient way to reach ICC is by public transport.- By S-Bahn
S 41, S42 and S46 to stop “Messe Nord / ICC”
Alternatively: by S- Bahn
S 5, S7, S9, S41, S42, S45, S46, S47 and S75 to stop “Westkreuz” - By U- Bahn
U2 to stop “Kaiserdamm” - By Bus
with line M49, X34, x49, 104 and 139 to stop “Messedamm / ZOB / ICC”

Taxi
A taxi from the city center WEST to the ICC costs approximately € 12 per one way trip and takes approximately 15 minutes. A taxi from the city center EAST to the ICC costs approximately € 22 per one way trip and takes approximately 30 minutes.
By Car
Approaching Berlin on highway A 115 follow the signs for “Messedamm / ICC” and eventually turn right at to “Neue Kantstr.” Please be aware that parts of the city belong to an environmental zone (“Umweltzone”) with limited access (especially for older cars). Special stickers are required. The ICC, however, is located outside this zone.
Taxi Service
Taxis in Berlin may be ordered by phone, picked up at authorized taxi stands, or flagged down in the street. Always check that the meter is running. Taxis must usually be paid in cash though some accept credit cards. Funk Taxi: +49 (0)800 02610 26, Würfelfunk: +49 (0)800 22222 55
Car Parking
There are parking spaces all around the area surrounding the ICC. Parking fees, to be paid at the payment machines in the parking area, are as follows (the machines accept all international credit cards): Per hour: € 2.50 Maximum fee (full day): € 9.50.
