Registration hours

Registration will start on Wednesday afternoon. The registration area in the
ICC will be open during the following hours:

EHA Booth

The EHA Booth is located on the bridge between the meeting halls and the exhibition area. Please come and visit us to collect your EHA-CME Credit Points. Information on membership or to find out more what EHA can do for you!

Badges

All participants and accompanying persons will receive a personal badge upon registration. This year your congress badge is valid for all public transport in Berlin. You are kindly requested to wear your name badge when attending any scientific session or social gathering. Only participants who are wearing their name badge will be admitted to the meeting rooms. You should also wear your badge in the exhibition area and when attending satellite symposia.

Please note: accompanying persons and exhibitors will not be admitted to the scientific sessions. Accompanying persons do not have access to the exhibition area.

The charge for replacement of lost badges will be € 25.

Business Center

At the business center participants can make photocopies and/or send faxes
(see floor plan, back cover). The business center is open during:

Press Room

The press room will be located in Room 25-26. Press inquiries prior to
and after the annual congress should be directed to EHA Executive Office

Certificates of Attendance

Certificates of attendance will be available in the registration area as of Friday, June 5 (from 12:00) until Sunday, June 7 (until 15:00).

Message Desk

At the message desk participants can leave or collect messages. Message alerts will be visible on the screens throughout the congress center. The message desk is located in the registration area and is open during registration hours (see floor plan, back cover).

Internet

WiFi hotspots are available in the catering area in Hall 11.1. Different Internet corners can be found on the exhibition floor and in the catering area in Hall 11.1 (see floor plan, back cover).

Cloakroom and Luggage

In the cloakroom you can leave your belongings free of charge. The cloakroom is located in the registration area. (see floor plan, back cover).

Insurance

In registering for the 14th Congress of EHA, participants agree that neither the organizing committee nor the congress organizers assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

Lunch

Lunch is included in the registration fee. Lunch tickets are provided in the registration package of participants. These tickets are valid on Friday, June 5, Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7. On Friday and Saturday lunch boxes can be picked up in the catering area in Hall 11.1. On Sunday a Farewell Lunch will be organized around the EHA booth on the bridge between the meeting halls and the exhibition area.

Refreshments

Coffee and tea are not included in the registration fee. It can be purchased at various catering points throughout the congress center.
