Registration information

Become an EHA Member first!

It is very easy to become an EHA member when registering for the congress. Just tick the relevant box on the on-line registration form. The discount on the registration fee for EHA members is € 180. The EHA membership fee is € 125 per year.

How to register?

Pre registration for the 13th Congress is closed.
From now you can register onsite during registration hours in the Bella Center, Copenhagen, Denmark
 

Payment

Registration fees, payable in Euros, should be paid according to the procedure described at the congress section of the website:
www.ehaweb.org

Group registration fees

Should you wish to register more than 10 persons, please send an e-mail to ehagroups@eurocongress.com . Please note that the following details are obligatory to register a delegate via a group: first name, family name, country and e-mail address.

Registration Fees

*** EHA members who paid the membership fee (€ 125) before May 1, 2008.
**** Participants within 15 years of graduation or less than 10 years post-doc experience may register “Junior registration Member” or “Junior registration non-Member”. Please note: the applicant's registration must be provided with a letter confirming the date of graduation or a copy of diploma.

  • Lunch on Friday, June 13 and Saturday, June 14

  • Public transport ticket (including EHA shuttle bus service) valid from Thursday, June 12 until Sunday, June 15

The accompanying persons fee includes:

  • EHA City tour: Copenhagen City Tour by bus including The Little Mermaid on Friday, June 13
  • Farewell lunch buffet on Sunday, June 15
  • Public transport ticket (including EHA shuttle bus service) valid from Thursday, June 12 until Sunday, June 15

Cancellation of registration

The deadline for cancellation of registration is May 10, 2008. The congress organizer should be notified in writing. Please note that an administration fee of € 100 will be deducted from all refunds after the congress. Please note that no refunds can be made when registered after May 10, 2008. As of May 28, registration via the website will no longer be possible; you are kindly requested to register on-site.

Name changes

Name changes will be accepted free of charge until May 10, 2008. After this date a name change fee of € 30 will be imposed.
