Pre registration is closed as of
Tuesday, May 29 (onsite registration is possible during registration hours in
the Neue Messe, Vienna) Become an EHA Member first!
For the first time it is possible to become an EHA member when
registering for the congress. Just tick the correct box on the
registration form. The reduction on the registration fee for EHA
members is € 180. The EHA membership fee is € 125 per year.
How to register?
To register for the 12th Congress, please visit the congress section
of the website: www.ehaweb.org or complete and return the enclosed
registration form, preferably before May 10, 2007, to the
congress organizer. Please note that your name and country will be
printed on the list of participants and on the mailing list for the
information about satellite symposia after approval. Pre-registration
will not be possible after May 28, 2007. As of this date, only
on-site registration will be accepted. Please follow the instructions
for payment of all fees involved. Every participant, including invited
participants and accompanying persons, must be registered.
Payment
Registration fees, payable in EUROS, should be paid according to
the procedure described on the registration form included in this
announcement. The same procedure will be used when registering
online at the congress section of the website: www.ehaweb.org
Registration fees groups
Should you wish to register more than 10 persons, please send an
e-mail to ehagroups@eurocongres.com. This year the fees for
group registrations are changed due to VAT legislations in Austria.
The fees for delegates are raised with the VAT amount, which
companies can reclaim from the Austrian tax authorities. The
registration fees for groups are the same as the delegate fees
but are exclusive of VAT.

Cancellation of registration
The deadline for cancellation of registration is May 10, 2007. The
congress organizer should be notified in writing. Payment minus
an administration fee of € 100 will be refunded after the congress.
Please note that no refunds can be made when registered after
May 10, 2007. As of May 28, registration via the website will no
longer be possible; you are kindly requested to register on-site.
Name changes
Name changes will be accepted free of charge until May 10, 2007.
After this date we will charge a name change fee of € 30.
Free public transport and EHA shuttle bus service
Upon arrival at the registration desk in the congress center delegates
and accompanying persons receive their public transport
ticket. This ticket allows you for 4 days of free public transportation
in Vienna from Thursday, June 7 until Sunday, June 10.
For the first time this year EHA provides, in addition to the public
transport ticket, an EHA shuttle bus service from fixed meeting
points in Vienna to the Neue Messe and back. This service is
provided in the morning before the congress starts and in the
afternoon when the program ends. See page 18 for more detailed
information.
