The registration area at the Neue Messe Vienna will be open at the following hours:

Wednesday, June 6 13.30 - 18.00 hours
Thursday, June 7 07.00 - 18.00 hours
Friday, June 8 06.30 - 18.00 hours
Saturday, June 9 06.30 - 18.00 hours
Sunday, June 10 07.30 - 12.00 hours

Exhibition hours

EHA Booth

During registration hours the European Hematology Association would like to welcome you to the EHA booth for information about all the EHA activities.

Badges

All participants and accompanying persons will receive a personal badge upon registration. You are kindly requested to wear your name badge when attending any scientific session or social gathering. Only participants who are wearing their name badge will be admitted to the meeting rooms. You should also wear your badge in the exhibition area and when attending satellite symposia.

Please note: accompanying persons and exhibitors will not be admitted to the scientific sessions. Accompanying persons do have free access to the exhibition area.

Name badges have been color-coded as follows:

RED EHA members
GREEN delegates
YELLOW accompanying persons
BLUE exhibitors
PURPLE press

The charge for replacement of lost badges will be €15.

Certificates of Attendance

Certificates of attendance will be available in the registration area as of Friday, June 8 (from 12.00 hours) until Sunday, June 10 (until 12.00 hours).

Participant Service Center

At the participant service center participants can make photocopies and/or send faxes (see floor plan, page 264). The participant service center is open during registration hours.

Message Desk

At the message desk participants can leave or collect messages. The message desk is located in the registration area and is open during registration hours (see floor plan, page 264).

Internet

Different internet corners are available in the exhibition and near the catering area (see floor plan, page 264).

Cloakroom and Luggage

In the cloakroom you can leave your belongings free of charge. The cloakroom is located on the lower level of the Entrance Hall (see floor plan, page 264).

Insurance

In registering for the 12th Congress of the European Hematology Association, participants agree that neither the organizing committee nor the congress organizers assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

Lunch

Lunch is included in the registration fee. Lunch tickets are provided in the registration package of participants. These tickets are valid on Friday, June 8, Saturday, June 9 and Sunday, June 10. On Friday and Saturday lunch boxes can be picked up in the catering area (next to exhibition). On Sunday a Farewell Lunch Buffet will be organized.

Refreshments

Coffee, tea and other beverages are not included in the registration fee. They can be purchased at various catering points throughout the congress center and in the exhibition area.
