It is also possible to book accommodation online via the congress section of the website: www.ehaweb.org. A list of hotels is available on this website. Our team will do its best to book a room in the hotel of your first choice. In order to avoid disappointment, early bookings are recommended. Telephone reservations will not be accepted.

Confirmation of reservation

Individual reservations will only be confirmed if a deposit for 2 nights is received. The number of nights booked in advance will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. Please note that the hotel is entitled to charge all pre-booked nights. Austropa Interconvention will confirm your reservation giving details about the hotel reserved including complete address. Group reservations (more than 10 rooms) for exhibitors, companies, travel agencies etc. will be dealt with by Austropa Interconvention by separate contracts.

Payment and reservation conditions

I. Individual Reservations
Payment:
All individual reservations require a 2 nights deposit payment.

Cancellations:
For room cancellations of individual reservations received before May 5, 2007 an administration fee of ˆ 40 per room will be charged. No refund of the hotel deposit can be made for cancellations received after that date or for No-Show. In case of No-Show the hotel reservation will be released after the first night.

II. Group Reservations (as from 10 rooms)
Payment:

In general, all company block reservations will require the following prepayments. It is the contractor's responsibilty to meet the following deadlines:

• 1^st deposit: 2 nights per booked room within 10 days after signing the agreement
• 2^nd deposit: 90% of the total arrangement before February 23, 2007
• All payments are to be made by bank transfer in EUROS. Austropa Interconvention will issue the final invoice minus deposit payments after the congress.
