EHA CME accreditation

The system will automatically save your information ME is widely accepted as a means to encourage individual practitioners to maintain and develop professional knowledge and skills.

The European Hematology Association CME system was implemented as a service to European hematologists in response to this need. The European Hematology Association CME system facilitates identification and registration of CME activities which have been submitted to a peer-review process and respond to pre-established quality standards.

Physicians attending the 12thCongress of the EHA are eligible to receive one CME credit point for every hour of accredited activity. CME points will be awarded for the following sessions:

• Education sessions
• Lunch Debates
• ESH-EHA Joint Symposium
• José Carreras Lecture
• Meet-the-Expert sessions
• Simultaneous sessions
• Hematology-in-Focus sessions
• Clinical Trial Update sessions
• Science-in-Progress sessions
• Plenary sessions
• Presidential Symposium
• Meetings of EHA Scientific Working Groups
• Molecular Hemopoiesis Workshop
• EHA-ASH Joint Symposium

How to claim your CME points
If you wish to claim your credits on-site, we kindly invite you to visit the EHA booth. In the CME corner of the EHA booth, EHA staff members will be happy to assist you. A sufficient number of computers are made available to claim your CME credits.

Please note that with our new online CME system you may claim your credits via the EHA website until 3 months after the closure of the meeting

Steps to claim your credit points
Step 1: Go to www.ehaweb.org and select the CME link on the left side of the page.
Step 2: From the CME home page, select the Claim Credits page at the top.

• If you are an account holder: you may login on this page.
• If you do not have a CME account yet, you may create an account by using the link 'register here' on this page.

Step 3: Click on Select meeting in the left-hand menu or the button 'next' below your personal overview.
Step 4: Select the “12th Congress of the EHA” from the list.
Step 5: Enter your REGISTRATION CODE printed on your congress badge (this is your PERSONAL LOGIN CODE) Click 'verify' to continue.
Step 6: Answer the general questions concerning the 12th Congress of the EHA .
Step 7: Click 'next' at the bottom of the page to continue to Claim Credits › Select Sessions.
Step 8: Evaluate the sessions that you have attended on a scale of 1–10(10 = the highest score). (10 = the highest score).
Step 9: Click 'next' at the bottom of the page to view your personal account. The system will automatically save your information after you have left the page.
Step 10: The print button on the far right-hand side of the table allows you to print your CME Certificate.

Update your EHA-CME Account and win a Video iPod

Close to twenty thousand people use the online EHA-CME system and new accounts are created every day. In order to be able to improve our service and to maintain a clean and up-to-date online CME system please update your EHA-CME account. You may even win one of twenty available Video iPods in the process!

1. 1. You can find your raffle ticket on the reverse side of your badge.
2. 2. Visit the EHA Booth and hand the raffle ticket to one of our EHA assistants.
3. 3. The EHA assistant will assist you in updating your EHA-CME account.
4. 4. The tickets will be drawn on Friday 14:05, Friday 17:35, Saturday 13:05, Saturday 17:50, and on Sunday 13:35 at the EHA Booth.

If you are not able to attend the draw, no problem, a list of winners will be posted at the EHA Booth and we can send the Video iPod to you directly. Did you know? Video iPod can be used to watch EHA Annual Congress Vodcasts!
