AMA CME accreditation

The scientific program of the 12th Congress of the European Hematology Association has been reviewed by the American Medical Association and approved for a maximum of 22.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits(tm). Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. One credit may be claimed for each hour of participation in approved sessions.

In order to receive credits, physicians must obtain and complete a participation record at the American Medical Association CME booth located in the registration area. An AMA representative will be at the booth each day to sign your form and answer any questions that you may have. The hours that the AMA representative will be present, will be posted.

For U.S. physicians, this is the only way to obtain AMA PRA Category 1 Credit for this activity. Non-U.S. physicians may also apply for credit. Non-physician attendees may apply to receive a certificate of participation. U.S. physicians will receive certificates via first class mail within 4 – 6 weeks after the conference. Non-U.S. physicians will receive certificates via email.
