Exhibition hours
Badges All participants and accompanying persons will receive a personal badge
upon registration. You are kindly requested to wear your name badge when
attending any scientific session or social gathering. Only participants who
are wearing their name badge will be admitted to the meeting rooms. You
should also wear your badge in the exhibition area.
The charge for replacement of lost badges will be €15. Certificates of AttendanceCertificates of attendance will be available in the registration area in the Entrance hall as of Friday, June 16 (from 12.00 hours) until Sunday, June 18 (until 12.00 hours). Participant Service Center At the participant service center participants can make photocopies
and/or send faxes (see floor plan, page 262).
Message DeskAt the message desk participants can leave or collect messages. The message desk is located in the entrance hall near the registration area (see floor plan page 262). InternetDifferent Internet corners are available in the entrance hall and on the exhibition floor (see floor plan, page 262). Cloakroom and LuggageIn the cloakroom you can leave your belongings free of charge.

Meditation RoomThe meditation room is located on the balcony of the exhibition area and is open on:
InsuranceIn registering for the 11th Congress of the European Hematology Association, participants agree that neither the organizing committee nor the congress organizers assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance. LunchLunch is included in the registration fee. Lunch tickets are provided in the registration package of participants. These tickets are valid on Friday, June 16, Saturday, June 17 and Sunday, June 18. On Friday and Saturday lunch boxes can be picked up in the catering area (next to exhibition). On Sunday a Farewell Lunch Buffet will be organized. RefreshmentsCoffee and tea is not included in the registration fee. It can be purchased at various catering points throughout the congress center and in the exhibition area.
